Kart Racing

Kart racing is a popular pastime, especially in the summer. There are a couple different types of racing that people take part in. Which you do depends on how passionate you are about it and what resources you have available to you.

The most common type of kart racing occurs at family fun centers. Many of these places have karts and tracks that you can race other people around. Some large centers also have tracks that only one person races on at a time, and they try to beat time records for prizes.

People who are very passionate about kart racing often engage in it out in the desert or on other dirt tracks. They buy their own karts and upgrade them to make them perform their best. In this type of racing there are often cash prizes or other incentives. These races can go from amateur all the way to professional.
